		<description><![CDATA[Isn&#039;t it interesting how, through our education system, we spend decades squashing this kind of innovative enthusiasm out of our offspring, and then, once they become &quot;professionals&quot;, we put them in conference rooms and subject them to all kinds of &quot;processes&quot; to try to get even a little bit of it back.
